You are now able to go to Davidson's web site and order from their inventory.  You will find me listed and go to "Gun Genie" and see what my price is to you.  Remember, the price you see includes transfer fee as well.   If you are looking to bid or buy on the internet, I am listed with most auctions and in some cases you may buy from a company that has my paperwork on file and all you need to do is pay for the item and they will ship it to me.  If you are going to be going out of town or to a gun show or auction then I can supply you with a copy of my FFL to submit to the seller and keep the process going.  I do require a copy of your drivers license as a means to identify you if contacted by the seller, ATF,FBI or Police.     

There is a transfer fee, listed below, and all persons must go through a background check.  If you are transferring a long gun then I can transfer to you upon approval of NICS.  If you have a Washington Conceal Permit, for handguns, then I can do the NICS checks here and transfer upon approval.  If you do not have a Permit then a 5 working day wait is necessary and transfer upon approval.      

Transfer fee is included on any firearm purchased from me and including sales tax.  If I am transfering the firearm purchased elsewhere there is a (1 gun)$20, (2 gun) $15 each and (3 or more) a negotiated price.  There is no sales tax on just a transfer fee, however,  Please note that Washington is now requiring dealers to charge a sales tax on firearms from out of state and on line sales now.  If you did not pay a sales tax then there will be tax collected prior to the transfer.  If no price was/is given then a fair market value must be used.  What next???

I do list firearms for customers on online auctions such as Gun Broker.  I take pictures and you write a description and I list it.  I will hold all items and monies until the auction is ended and both parties are in approval.  My basic fee is $25 per item and ALL costs involved to make the transaction.  Other items at a negotiated fee.  All firearms listed below are subject to prior sales and may not be available at the prices listed.

I WILL BE DOING INVITE ONLY AUCTIONS AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE YEAR.  IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE ABLE TO BE NOTIFIED I MUST HAVE YOU ON FILE WITH A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE AND A FORM 4473 COMPLETED AND SIGNED OR I HAVE YOU ON FILE FROM A PREVIOUS FIREARMS TRANSFER.  SPACE WILL BE VERY LIMITED AND YOU MUST CONTACT ME TO LET ME KNOW YOU WISH TO BE NOTIFIED WHEN THERE IS AN UPCOMING AUCTION.

ESTATE SALE

I am working with a person and have access to a host of firearms that will be listed for sale.  They are slow to make them available but some are on gunbroker.com now and some can be available to see in my shop .  Call for availability and appointment.  I am listing Estate consignments AND THE LAST GROUP OF 15 ARE FINALLY DISPOSED OF, 1/10/12.  Several buyers in Oregon were lined up and they took most all of firearms and ammo.  You snooze you lose.

CONSIGNMENTS AND LISTINGS

I do the photography and listings for estates and people that want to list their firearms on gunbroker, etc.  A normal fee of $25 is what I charge to do pictures and list your firearm.  Of course, all other fees and shipping are your expense and/or how you wish to list and what services you want to do or not do, is up to you.  In some cases the cost is more depending on the situation.
